Brent has successfully delivered many higher education, healthcare, office, and K-12 projects.  He has a wealth of knowledge on structural and civil systems with his background as a professional engineer.  A true team player, Brent knows how to create a team environment and deliver projects on time while ensuring that the highest quality is achieved.

BEVERLY MAZE

Chief Financial Officer

Beverly Maze has forty plus years of accounting experience. She has been the Chief Financial Officer for Dawson Construction since January, 2019. Prior to that Beverly was in the public accounting sector handling all facets of tax, financial statement and advisory services relating to small and medium size companies and high net worth individuals. Among the clients serviced were medium size construction companies as well as their owners. The expertise that she brings to the Company will help in its growth to be one of the leaders in the Texas construction industry.

Chris Morris

Director of Pre-construction Services & Project Executive

As Project Manager / Director of Preconstruction, Chris is leader in our company and a leader in the AEC Community.  Chris collaborates extremely well with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.  His problem-solving ability provides creativity and dependability in every phase of construction from conceptual design to a completed project.  Chris’s heart of service resonates our corporate mission and establishes strong trust in our team and brand.

Stephanie Tovar

Superintendent

Stephanie has been a leader and critical team member, successfully completing many K-12, higher education projects, and industrial projects for most of her career. She is a combat veteran and has an extensive background in all aspects of building construction systems.  Stephanie served as a vertical construction engineer during two deployments in Afghanistan and she has worked as a commercial construction superintendent in San Antonio, Austin, and internationally on a variety of large- and small-scale commercial construction projects. Stephanie has a passion for building to the highest quality standards, and all the projects that Stephanie is involved with, are delivered timely with an emphasis on proactive planning.  She is a true team player and works to ensure that all project needs are met by maintaining positive relationships through clear and transparent communication. 

JOHN STOCKHORST

General Superintendent

John has worked on Texas higher education and Texas school district projects over the last 37 years of his career.  He is familiar with the challenges faced while working on occupied campuses and has a reputation for delivering quality buildings to public institutions around San Antonio.  He is committed to safety, teamwork and quality on his project.

TODD WINDER

Superintendent

Todd has successfully helped to deliver many higher education, medical, and K-12 projects.  He has an extensive background in all aspects of building construction.  Todd ensures that all projects he is involved in are of the highest quality and delivered on time.  He is a true team player and knows how to effectively communicate with all team members.

MATT MOELLER

Project Manager

Matt has successfully completed multiple projects for Dawson Construction. His previous experience in Critical Facility Equipment Construction Management and Coaching creates a unique set of leadership skills.  He has become an asset to our team with his detailed approach to solving problems quickly.  Customer satisfaction is a key goal, and he values developing a strong relationship with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and owner-clients. A true leader, Matt consistently provides a quality product, on-time, in a safe manner. 

JOSH PETT

Project Engineer

Josh has successfully helped deliver many private, municipal, and public projects. He has a background in all aspects of building construction, including hands on experience in construction trades. He utilizes his knowledge and experience in commercial construction project management and field operations to help in all facets of each project. Josh ensures that all projects he is involved in meet the highest quality and safety standards.  He is a passionate team player, and has become a skilled communicator, effectively interfacing with all levels of project team members throughout every project phase to its completion.

As an Estimator, Cesar leads estimating team and collaborates with our design partners and clients from concept to contract. His leadership provides dependable cost estimation in every phase of development as well as constructability solutions.
