This project delivered the initial interior finish‑out for two tenant spaces—Computer Solutions and Archpoint—transforming shell space into fully functional office environments. Both suites were built out with office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and shared common spaces designed for daily operations and team collaboration.
Each tenant required unique structural enhancements to support their long‑term needs. For Computer Solutions, our team constructed drilled piers with structural extensions to support an elevated outdoor gathering space. For Archpoint, the team erected a new structural steel second floor with a concrete slab on deck, creating additional office space and meeting rooms. This second level was constructed entirely within the constraints of the existing shell, requiring precise coordination and careful execution.
