The project involved the initial interior finish-out for Computer Solutions and Archpoint, which consisted of office suites, including common areas, break rooms, conference rooms and office spaces.

Both spaces also required additional structural modifications. The Computer Solutions project incorporated drilled piers with extensions for an elevated outdoor space for gathering. The Archpoint portion required a structural steel second floor with a concrete slab on deck for additional office space and meeting rooms. The second floor was erected within the confinements of the existing shell space.
