This project consisted of a 3,660 SF renovation to an existing space at the historic Pearl Brewery to create a new studio for Pfluger Architects. The project highlights exposed structural steel, warm wood paneling, and specialty lighting that elevates both the aesthetic and functionality of the studio. We are proud to deliver a space for one of our long‑time architectural partners.
