This project included extensive site improvements across multiple New Braunfels ISD campuses—including the Transportation Center, County Line Elementary, Walnut Springs Elementary, Memorial Elementary, Lamar Elementary, and the Lone Star Early Childhood campus. The work included site demolition, motored stone retaining walls, concrete sidewalks and flatwork, curbs, exterior lighting, earthwork, site grading, asphalt paving, site electrical, and full landscape and irrigation upgrades. Because the paving work had to be completed during the short summer window, the team executed a tightly coordinated 10‑week schedule, pre‑planning with subcontractors, sequencing trades with precision, and ensuring materials arrived exactly when needed. The result is a series of upgraded, safer, and more functional campuses ready for students and staff at the start of the school year.
