Our team completed multi‑phase HVAC upgrades at Mountain Valley Middle School, installing a new chiller, chilled water lines, air handler units, heaters, and an updated electrical system to improve comfort and efficiency across the campus. The team also renovated the existing science laboratories with fresh paint, new ceilings, and upgraded lighting to create brighter, more functional learning environments. Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 were fast‑tracked summer projects, with the majority of work completed in roughly 10 weeks. Through detailed pre‑planning, tight coordination with subcontractors, and disciplined scheduling, we ensured every trade stayed on track and materials arrived on time. Each phase was delivered successfully, providing Comal ISD with a high‑quality, on‑schedule upgrade that supports students and staff from day one of the school year.
