Goodwin Frazier Elementary School HVAC and Interior Upgrades

Project Details

Our team completed HVAC upgrades in the 400 and 500 wings at Goodwin Frazier Elementary School, installing new chilled‑water fan coil units with hot‑water reheat and replacing the existing split systems with a modern hydronic piping network. The project also included new electrical disconnects and home runs to support the upgraded equipment, structural modifications, acoustical tile ceilings, and fresh paint throughout the corridors and classrooms. The work was fast‑tracked through the summer, requiring precise planning and early material procurement to meet the district’s tight timeline. Our team delivered the project in approximately four months from contract approval, providing Comal ISD with a high‑quality, on‑schedule upgrade that enhances comfort and performance for students and staff.
