This project involved a comprehensive interior renovation for CHRISTUS Orthopedic Group at the Hospital Outpatient Department in Alamo Heights, transforming exam rooms, nurse stations, medical administrative areas, waiting spaces, X-ray rooms, and medical gas systems located directly above active surgery suites. The renovation modernized patient-facing environments, improved clinical workflow and patient flow, and upgraded critical staff support and infrastructure. Delivered within a fully operational healthcare setting, the project required close coordination with hospital staff to maintain safety and ensure zero disruption to ongoing surgical and clinical operations, resulting in a more efficient, patient-focused, and welcoming care experience from arrival to discharge.
