This project delivered a full upgrade to Blanco Elementary School’s exterior, beginning with site demolition and moving into major structural and site enhancements. Our team installed concrete retaining walls, new sidewalks and flatwork, drilled piers, and completed extensive earthwork and site grading. Aluminum walkway covers were constructed, along with new landscaping and irrigation, creating a safer, more functional, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.
In addition, a full demolition and renovation of the existing IT Building was delivered, transforming an outdated facility into a modern, efficient, and fully updated workspace. The project delivered upgraded systems, refreshed interiors, and improved functionality, creating a reliable, future-ready environment that supports the district’s growing technology needs.
