This project was a design- build of two new building additions for Star Manufacturing in Seguin, Texas, supporting the company’s expanding operations with fully integrated planning, coordination, and execution. The Warehouse Addition was engineered to accommodate new machinery, including extensive air‑conditioning and electrical upgrades, along with separate slab‑on‑grade pads for each piece of equipment. The new GTC Building introduced office space, a break room, bathrooms, warehouse space, a clean room, and a welcoming main entry lobby for an additional manufacturing unit. Featuring board‑formed concrete walls, exposed wood soffits, and a classic storefront, the building blends durability with a refined aesthetic that reflects Star Manufacturing’s growing client base. Together, these design‑built additions strengthen production capacity and elevate the overall campus experience.
